Terms of Sale (B2B)

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of tattoo supplies between HORI SAS (the “Seller”) and any professional buyer (the “Buyer”).

Scope — business-to-business sales

Products on this website are intended exclusively for professionals (tattoo artists, studios, authorized resellers). By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they are acting as a professional.

As this is a B2B sale, there is no 14-day consumer withdrawal right, except where a very specific legal exception applies.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in euros (VAT status as displayed at checkout). HORI SAS may update prices at any time; the applicable price is the one shown when payment is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is due at order via Stripe. No shipment is initiated until payment is confirmed.

In case of late payment (if a written delay was expressly agreed), late payment penalties apply at the legal rate in force, without prejudice to a fixed recovery indemnity of €40 (or any other applicable statutory amount).

Delivery times

Delivery times are indicative and confirmed with the order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments within mainland France typically aim for [X] business days, subject to stock availability.

HORI SAS is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

Receipt and conformity

The Buyer must inspect parcels on delivery. Any visible issue (damage, shortage) must be reported to the carrier and HORI SAS as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after receipt.

Returns — defective goods

If goods are defective or non-conforming, the Buyer must contact HORI SAS in writing (email) with photos and the order number. After validation, the Seller may replace, credit, or refund the relevant product, at its option, under applicable B2B warranty rules.

Returns that are not due to a defect, or that concern opened / used / unsaleable products, are not accepted unless HORI SAS agrees in writing beforehand.

Liability

HORI SAS is not liable for improper use of needles or failure to follow professional hygiene and safety rules. The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the disputed order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the courts of HORI SAS’s registered office, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
